We collect the information you choose to provide, including work history, skills, education, accomplishments, and job descriptions. We use it only to provide the application materials you request.
Your information helps create role-specific analysis, resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation. We do not sell your personal information or use it to make employment decisions.
The information needed to create your requested materials is sent to our AI provider for processing. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job application.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Apply Smarter does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
When you use a customer account, we store completed application packages in your private library so you can reopen them. To make a completed purchase recoverable if your browser closes during checkout, we also store the job details and work-history information you submit for that purchase in your private account. Your browser may retain drafts and completed packages on the device you use until you clear browser data. You may request deletion of customer-support information, saved packages, or stored purchase drafts by contacting applysmarterteam@gmail.com.
